The 10th Biennial General Body meeting of AGVBOA Dibrugarh regional council was held yesterday dated 30-11-2025. Com. Spondon Borbora and Com. Hiren Phukan has been entrusted with the responsibilities of President and Regional Secretary of the newly formed regional executive committee.
